2nd of  April, 2019. A lovely sunny day. Our client from Sweden come to check their self lubricated brass bushings production. They are very satisfied with our top-quality management on all the processes during production.

    From the visit, they know clearly how the bushings are made out. Started from brass bushing pipe producing, cutting out from pipe, machining outside and inside surface to the right size, punching holes, inserting graphite, machining the chamfers and both ends, quality checking and packing.

     Our quality checking almost every pieces during machining and keep tolerance +-0.03mm far more strict than requested tolerance +-0.1mm. Clients highly praised our great action. They are very happy with this visiting and promise to come next time and check their other products’ production.
