CNC Machining Brass Bushing
This kind of Brass Bushing is made by CNC machining-turning or lathing process. Raw material is cut from brass tubes. Almost all brand of brass can be applied, However, brass H59 is commonly used to make CNC Machining brass bushings.
Alloy brass H59, which is composed of the following ingredients by weight percentage: 57.0-60.0% of copper; trace element: 0.01-0.2% of tin and/or 0.01-0.07% of phosphor; the balance being zinc.
H59 is ordinary brass; the cheapest price, strength, high hardness and poor plasticity, but in the hot state can still withstand the pressure processing, corrosion resistance in general, other properties and H62 similar. For general machine parts, welding parts, hot and hot bar parts.
Brass bushings also called brass bearings by some of our clients. After cutting from brass tubes or brass bars, they will move on to CNC turning the inner diameter, outside diameter, milling grooves, flanges etc. And finnally comes to both ends. Of cause, if need machining to Self lubricated brass bushings, drilling holes and inserting graphite process are needed.
Our tolerance for brass bushings usually keep to +-0.03mm. This will meet most of clients needs. But also, we can do better if drawing requested.
We also supply casting brass bushings, sintering brass bushings, or bushinings made with other material or processes.
